Activity: First for this project we had to write down 5 things that we could do in the winter. Next, we drew our own scene that we would do in the winter. For my scene, I chose the night before Christmas. I drew a Christmas tree with presents underneath it. I also drew a table with a cup of hot chocolate on it and a fireplace with stockings hung. Lastly, I drew windows to show it snowing outside. While drawing this scene, we had to show space in depth, and space in sizes, and had to show lines as well.
Extension Activity: I would have the students draw the solar system. The students will show the different sizes of the planets and the order they go in starting with the sun. This will also show the lines and the space in depth as well.
