Activity: For this activity, we used a big piece of construction paper and stuck contact paper onto it. After we put the contact paper on the construction paper, we filled the sheet with tissue paper and made it look like a water. Next we traced a big silhouette of our choice from the sheet printed off. Then we cut out the smaller animals and stuck all of the animals on the contact paper with tissue paper. Lastly, we folded over the other half of the contact paper to seal off the project.
Extension Activity: I would use this activity for teaching the different biomes. We would make a different scene fitting each biome and trace different animals that live in each of the different biomes.
